FireSprint is looking for a HR Coordinator/Administrative Assistant with a passion for personal and professional growth by continuous learning and a desire to grow with FireSprint.
Responsibilities:
- Improve working conditions by administrating employee benefit programs and ensuring the team understands what is available to them
- Standardize FireSprint's record keeping process
- Handles initial recruitment for new hires
- Handles onboarding for new FireSprinters including Background Checks, Offer letters, I-9 verification, utilizing the E-verify platform and more
- Assist with performance reviews
- Prepare new FireSprinter employee files
- Process payroll in coordination with accounting
- Answer FireSprinter's requests and questions as needed
- Assist with training new FireSprinters
- Work with Safety Coordinator to improve and implement safety procedures
- Assist Owners as needed with setting up travel plans, gathering information, building reports or presentations and other various tasks
- Assists anywhere else in the company as needed, including helping our production team in our peak season.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field/equivalent experience
- Proficient with required human resources tools and software platforms
- A deep understanding of human resource principals, best practices, and procedures
- Well organized
- A passion for growth, this position has the opportunity to grow with the company as HR leadership needs grow with FireSprint's growth
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
